Conductivity is measured in micro siemens
or micro mhos and is an indicator of the number of ions present in solution and
is a measurement of their build up in water and liquid systems. Rinse water, DI
water, cooling towers, horticulture, wash water systems, swimming pools, aquaculture,
drinking water, food-process and facility water are common applications of conductiveity.
Conductivity is very easily affected by temperature and all feature testers automatically
compensate for it.
